Brad Swanson started building software at age 10 on the Apple IIe and has worked as a developer, manager, consultant, and coach for 24 years. He was an early adopter of Agile practices, starting with eXtreme Programming (XP) in 1999. As a Coach, Brad has led successful Agile transformations at multi-national enterprises, startups, and everything in between. As a trainer, he has taught thousands of people across the globe. Brad is also a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) with expertise in XP, Scrum, Lean and Kanban. Brad served as President of Agile Denver from 2008 to 2013, and now serves as a volunteer Advisor to the Board.

Bret Thayer has been a classroom teacher for the Colorado Public School system since 1995 and a CSM since 2015. He is excited to get the word out about how Agile can transform learning and teaching practices in our schools. He has presented Agile in the Classroom to students, teachers, and leaders in the technology field across Colorado. He has also presented at InnEdCo (2017), Mile High Agile (2018), Global Scrum Gathering in Minneapolis (2018), ISTE in Chicago (2018), and ACT Colorado College and Career Readiness Conference (2018).
